Hi, I would just like to ask regarding the “PayPal Email Address” field for each affiliate. Does this automatically pays the affiliate thru Paypal when a sale is generated? Thanks.

There has to be human judgement in the loop, so no, payments do not automatically occur the instant sales are generated. Rather, the affiliate receives a “credit,” and that you later make a “payout” to the affiliate(s).

You can however, automate the payout process; if you have a PayPal Premier or Business account:
