I’m using WP Affiliate Platform (v 5.1.4) with eStore (v 6.6.3) and WordPress (v3.3.2). I turned on both “Show buyer name” and “Show buyer email address” options in the setting of WP Affiliate Platform, in order to share the buyer’s details with affiliates. However, the sales records in affiliates’ page show only buyers’ email. I was expecting “Show buyer name” option to capture buyers’ names entered at PayPal payment page or names registered with PayPal account and show them at affiliates’ page. Am I misunderstanding how this option works? Is there anything I have to do, like creating an extra form field for buy button, to share buyers’ names with affiliates? Thank you in advance.
When was this sale recorded? Recently after you upgraded the plugins? If this sale was recorded before you started to use the new versions of the plugin (where the buyer name capture feature was introduced) then those information won’t be present for the older sales.
Also, are you using a percentage based commission model or a fixed commission model?
Sale was recorded after I upgraded the plugins. I’m using a fixed commission model. Also, “Enable Revenue Sharing” under WP eStore Settings is turned on.

The buyer name field capturing was added recently so it doesn’t do it for every type of conversion. I just updated eStore so it capture the buyer name for when you use revenue sharing. Please get a new build of eStore and that should do it:
