WP Affiliate – Not sending login details to eStore customers

Hi,

i am using your latest version of eStore and WP Affilate. I configured eStore for auomatic creat an affiliate account (Automatically Create Affiliate Account After Purchase).

The customer gets the “thanks for order” mail, is added as Affialte in WP affilate too but does not get any email or notifacation about the new affiliate account. I think normally the Affilate Signup mail should be send ? The approve process for affilate signups is on auotmatic.

Could you please help me ?

It sends the “after affiliate signup welcome email” also. The email settings in your affiliate plugin may not be correct. Go to the “Email Settings” menu of the affiliate plugin. What value do you have in the “From Email Address” field?

That looks fine to me. Please enable the debug option in both eStore and the affiliate plugin. Then do a test transaction and let me know when you have done it so I can check the log file data to see what the plugin did.
