WP Affiliate – not recieving an email when a product is sold

Regarding the Affiliate platform:

I checked the ‘Send Notification to Affiliates’ and ‘to admin’ boxes in the ‘Email settinge’ under the ‘Notification Preferences’ but none of us recieve a message when a sale is made. We (the admin and the affiliate) checked our spamfolder but nothing there.

Any ideas?

Please enable the debug option in the plugin so we can see if the plugin is sending the email or not. Which e-commerce solution are you integrating it with?

Do you get the standard affiliate registration emails?

I have now ticked the debug option. Do I need to click the reset button as well?

I don’t recall getting any registration emails. I use your WP-Estore with paypal.
