Paid Memberships Pro – I have done these steps to integrate but repeat recurring billing is not getting assigned to the affiliate when the customers next billing cycle goes through…
March 6, 2015 at 2:18 am #68938adminKeymasterI need to see some debug log data for this.
Please download and install a new copy of the addon now (I just added some log statements there):
Enable the debug option from the affiliate plugin settings. Let me know when you get a recurring charge for an affiliate referred sale so I can analyze the log file data.
March 8, 2015 at 8:11 pm #68939sp33ditMemberThanks, I have done this and will report back tomorrow when a sale has gone through…
Thanks
March 9, 2015 at 3:55 pm #68940sp33ditMemberHi we have now had a payment go through that should have been assigned to an affiliate.
Do I need to post the log files or can you access them?
March 9, 2015 at 10:59 pm #68941wpCommerceModerator@sp33dit, Please provide a link to your website so we can check the log files.

Thanks
March 12, 2015 at 12:54 am #68943adminKeymasterLooks like that site is missing the “pmpro-wp-affiliate-integration” addon.
Have you downloaded the zip file from the following documentation page and installed it?
March 12, 2015 at 11:16 am #68944sp33ditMemberYes and when I try to install again I get this: [http://prntscr.com/6fsi7d] so it’s there right!?
March 12, 2015 at 11:01 pm #68945adminKeymasterIt looks like the folder name got changed. Delete the local copy of that plugin so when you re-download it doesn’t have to rename it. Delete the addon from your WordPress install too. Now download a fresh copy and install it. We want to get a fresh install done without any error.
Is your membership plugin receiving communication from PayPal? or are you just getting the email from PayPal after a payment? From what I have seen so far, it looks like your membership plugin is not doing any notification for the sales.
March 13, 2015 at 10:20 am #68946sp33ditMemberOk done that.
Now you mention it, I have looked at the payments in the membership and it doesn’t appear to be logging the repeat sales! So this may well be the problem, sorry and thanks for your help… I will come back with what I find just incase it helps anyone else…
March 17, 2015 at 3:21 pm #68947sp33ditMemberWe have resolved the issue with paypal IPN and now the site is aware that a recurring payment has been processed: [http://prntscr.com/6hwyu4]
However, it is loggin a commission still: [http://prntscr.com/6hwzt8]
Please would you take a look?
March 17, 2015 at 11:25 pm #68948adminKeymasterThank you. I found the issue with the addon. I have updated it so it can process the recurring payments commission correctly. Please download v1.1. from the following page and you should be good:
March 19, 2015 at 2:44 pm #68949sp33ditMemberWell tried 1.1 but still no luck. A recurring payment from an account went through and it didn’t update the commission for the affiliate.
Should it work with existing recurring payments or only new ones that are setup?
March 19, 2015 at 11:34 pm #68950adminKeymasterThe existing ones should work also. I am going to take a look inside your site. I have sent you an email for it.
