WP Affiliate – no leads are showing

Hi

There are no leads showing even though I can plenty of clickthroughs and have just signed up via an affiliate link? Please can you help?

PS. it’s not my site but a client’s with their plugin purchased but I have installed and set up

Here’s more info, I’m using WP eStore and WP Affiliate with the Divi theme. I’m using it to create a squeeze sign up and the customer gets the automatic email from WP eStore. However the lead is not showing in WP Affiliate but the customer is in the list in WP eStore.

I’ve set them up before for other people with no problems so I’m a bit puzzled with this one. Happy to give you the details off the forum – please email me.

I don’t think you have enabled the following checkbox. Please check that option:

WP eStore settings -> Addon Settings -> Capture Lead on Squeeze Form Submission

Thank you …. for the existing customers – is there any way of knowing which affiliate they came through.

Could I use the IP address of the customer and match it to a clickthrough for example?
