WP Affiliate – need to export new users/sales from old site to new site

I have been working on a website redesign for a few weeks now on a dev subdomain. Since that time, I have had a new affiliate user sign up and a few sales that are now not showing up on the dev site. I am about to switch the sites now and have no idea how to copy over the new info! I tried to follow this tut here: https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/how-to-easily-import-or-export-any-of-your-wordpress-database-content-using-phpmyadmin-3415 but it must be old as my cpanel doesn’t have the Backup Wizard or anything like it so I can’t follow it. Help!

Can you export the content of the database to a CSV file then import it on your other site?

There should definitely be an export and import option in your PHPMyAdmin

I don’t know anything about PHPMyAdmin and the instructions in the video seem to be outdated beause I didn’t have any of those options like the wizard. So I’m sure there is a way to do it, i just have no idea how.

Exporting and importing is not part of the standard support we provide for the plugin. We try to provide helpful tutorials for it but thats about it.
