WP Affiliate – Marked Commissions as Paid But They Still Show as Pending

Hello,

I don’t know how this has happened, but one of my installations of WP Affiliate has become completely messed out when it comes to reporting payouts. I used to just use Option A on the payout screen and pay all affiliates owed $0.01 or more. Now, when I try to search for pending commissions that way, it shows none as being payable. Same with Option B. So I have to use Option C instead, searching within a date range, but unfortunately all the previous payments I’ve made and marked as paid never go away – so it’s tedious going back and making sure I don’t pay my affiliates twice for one commission. I don’t know what has happened. I tried to go into the database in PhpMyAdmin to rectify it but I can’t.

I am 100% up to date with payments right now so is there a way I can reset everything and mark everything paid and start again with a clean slate? (Without deleting records of past sales as affiliates will want to view these in their accounts)

Hi Ruth, If you are fully upto date with the payment then you should be able to do the following to correct the record.

Go to the manage payouts menu. Use steps 1-3 in option A with a minimum payout value of .01 and that should mark everything as paid. Remember, you can mark everything as paid when you know that all the payments were sent to your affiliates.
