I’m having an issue with logging into our affiliate area if I’m not already logged into wordpress as a user.

Normally affiliates would be redirected to

But this only works if I’m already logged in to WP using (in my case) my admin credentials.

I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating all plugins.

Can you share a test affiliate user’s login details so I can try a login myself to see the behavior?

Hi, It looks like the PHP Session is not working correctly on the site.

Can you please try using option 2 or option 3 from the following documentation:

Let me know if that works.

I have this same problem. On my menu, I added “Affiliate Login” which is supposed to go to [www.herotrainingvault.com/affiliates]

I put the shortcode in on the affiliates page (linked above.) But instead, it goes to the login page for the membership: [http://herotrainingvault.com/login/]

When I’m logged in as the admin, it works beautifully for me, but it doesn’t for any other user.

This is an issue with your optimizemember plugin setup/configuration. Basically, any user going to the affiliate URL is being intercepted and redirected to the member login page. This is likely happening because you enabled some kind of option in that plugin telling it to do this.

If you are not sure then ask their support why visitors going to the affiliate URL is automatically redirected to the member login page.
