WP Affiliate Integration with S2 member & recurring payments

I’m using S2 Member (free version) for my membership site that offers 4 different levels of service.

There is an initial payment and then monthly recurring payments thereafter.

I want to add an affiliate program and as I already have WP Affiliate want to use it. I’ve seen how to integrate here –

– and it seems fine.

However, I do not want to pay commission on the recurring payments ONLY the initial upfront amount. Happy for this to be either % or fixed amount.

It looks as though I need to use WP Estore to allow this BUT will that be possible with S2 Member? Obviously for S2 Member to work properly it needs to create the Paypal links.

Please advise whether I can achieve the required results using your plugins and if so the exact steps I need to take to tie it all together.

At the moment there is no option to turn off commission on recurring payment. Everyone actually wants to give commission for recurring payments so the plugin was designed keeping that in mind. I wouldn’t mind adding an option to turn off commission on recurring payment but the issue is that we don’t have a great deal of control over a 3rd party integration. With eStore we can do more advanced stuff because we can control the eStore plugin.
