WP Affiliate Integration with Member Mouse not working

Hello,

I am using MemberMouse with WP Affiliate Platform. I have the Affiliate-MemberMouse Integration from you. I have activated both WP Affiliate Platform and the Integration Plugin. When I run a test charge using Authorize.Net developer version (sandbox), I get nothing in the debug log file.

I have tried just installing and activating both WP Affiliate and the MM integration plugin. I have tried using the Remote POST setup (to BOTH the Affiliate MM integration plugin and to the suggested Remote POST URL from the WP Affiliate settings page). I have set up a call to custom script from MemberMouse Developer Settings (to BOTH the integration plugin and to the WP Affiliate settings Remote POST URL).

The debug checkbox is checked.

I don’t even get an error message. I get an empty debug log file when running a test transaction through Authorize.Net.

Are there other steps I need to take to complete the integration?

That means the affiliate plugin is not receiving any sale notification from the membermouse plugin after a transaction. Is everything related to the sale on your membermouse side of things working? For example: is the members account getting upgraded according to the purchase?

Yes, everything works well with MemberMouse – account is set-up, emails are sent, Authorize.net (developer sandbox) receipts are sent to customer and to our admin, etc.

With MM, WP Affiliate Platform and the MM-Affiliate-Integration plugin activated (no other settings checked and no push notification in MM), here is what shows in the debug log when processing a test transaction:

If I send a test transaction directly from the push notification settings in MM (to the above push notification URL) with Remote POST checked, I get the following:

[04/08/2014 8:06 PM] – SUCCESS :The sale has been registered in the WP Affiliate Platform Database for referrer: sampleaffiliate with amount: 0

The above test transaction also shows up in the WP Affiliate Sales/Comm screens.

I do not have any tracking script in the confirmation page. Using WordPress 3.8.2, The 7 theme, MemberMouse ver. 2.1.1, WP Affiliate Platform ver. 5.7.4 and MemberMouse Affiliate Integration ver. 1.0.

At a loss as to what the problem is!

Resolved the issue:

Had to set the “Affiliate Keyword” in MemberMouse -> Affiliate Settings -> Tracking settings to “ap_id” instead of MemberMouse’s default “affid”.

Now it works as it should! Thanks!
