WP Affiliate – Infusionsoft Tags Not Created

Hi there,

We’re using WP Affiliate Platform along with the Infusionsoft add-on.

Our issue is that the relevant tag isn’t applied to new affiliates, even after they’ve been approved.

Any help and/or advice will be greatly appreciated.

The following addon applies the tag when an affiliate signs up:

Lets take a look at the log file to see where things are failing. Can you please enable the debug option in the settings menu of the plugin and then share a link to your affiliate signup page so I can inspect a few things?

The infusionsoft library inclusion seem to be failing on this site. Do you know what PHP version your host is using for this site?

The PHP version is 7.2
