Hi! I am new here, but did read the documentation and search around and didn’t find an answer so I hope I am not missing something completely obvious. I have it all set up, but have encountered a couple questions.
For Gravity Forms integration, the instructions just essentially say to turn it on. Is that it? Does that mean every single Gravity Form with pricing completed will give a commission? Or do I also need to add the code into the fields in Gravity Forms per those instructions as well? I ask because I have some forms with very high dollar amounts that I would not want to share 20% on. Can I exclude certain forms or set just a specific dollar amount instead for certain forms (that would be the ideal preference so I could still encourage affiliates with commissions)? I know I can set some people to higher commissions, but it would seem I have no way to control different items having different commission percentages or a different dollar amount.
I also clicked to activated the two tier model, but when I look at every individual affiliate who signed up they show nothing under the percentage for two-tier. Why is that not translating over to each affiliate’s profile? I have the option checked to use two-tier, plus the level set plus the duration set. I would like to encourage affiliates to invite other affiliates, so this would be great to figure out.

This gives you the freedom to exclude some forms if you want to. Basically, if you don’t want to offer commission on a particular gravity forms form, then you don’t add the special field in that form (so you are excluding some products from receiving any commission).
Do you have a value set in the “2nd Tier Commission Level” field of the plugin settings? Did you test tier signup but clicking on an affiliate link then registering for a new affiliate account?

So I also need to add the step for each form as well? That wasn’t clear. It sounds in the instructions above that all Paypal forms will give the percentage if an affiliate refers. Do I need to uncheck this? Or do I leave it checked and then proceed to the instructions here for each form:
So I presume there is no way then to set the percentage differently for other forms? I can either set it to give commissions or not, but cannot set a different percentage for a specific form, correct?
Re: two-tier, as I said I have the value set and I have the duration set. I haven’t tested it, but I can clearly see when I click to view every affiliate that they have the standard percentage listed as the 20% I set but none of them also have 5% I set for two-tier. I am looking at each profile, and the two-tier percentage is blank.
November 17, 2014 at 2:33 pm #66784kelbycarrMemberHmm… Is there a reason I can’t use the lead generation gravity forms code/instructions to set a different commission for higher dollar items as a referral fee? So for example, use the commission hidden field for some forms, then for the high dollar items use the lead generation instructions to set a referral fee instead of the percentage?
