Tagged: affiliate emails
When someone signs up to become an affiliate I do not receive an e-mail saying that they signed up. They also do not get a confirmation e-mail. Also the affiliates are not receiving e-mails when they make a sale. Any ideas?
Hello SimpleFoody, can you verify that under General Settings you have checked the box Send Notification to Admin.
Also make sure that your e-mail address is correct.
Make sure that the Send Commission Notification to Affiliates is checked.
After that, can you please enable the debug option in the plugin settings and then do a test signup? That will allow us to see if the plugin is sending the email or not.
Kind regards
All of those things are checked and I signed up for a test and received no e-mail. Any other ideas? Thank you!
Hello SimpleFoody, What version of WP-affiliate are you using? Also, you haven’t answered one of my previous questions. Did you enable debug in the plugin and then did a test signup? If you have then can you please give me your site’s URL so I can check the debug.
