WP Affiliate – Not working with plain links

Hi there, my website is thebusinessofmusiclicensing.com. I’m using a html page, so a wordpress “Buy Now” button won’t work. Therefore I’m using the html code for the button.

The WP Affiliate system doesn’t seem to recognise this though – is there anyway to get around this? I want to simply have the “Buy Now” button looking as it does currently on the HTML page and track affiliate clicks/sales.
