WP Affiliate – Deleted affiliate still showing in the commission menu

I am running WP Affiliate on my site, 5.6.1 and for the most part it is working well. I’ve deleted an affiliate but they are still showing in the Sales/Comm data as having earned commissions.

The affiliate is no longer listed under Manage Affiliates.

Since being deleted, all sales are being attributed to this deleted affiliate.

Deleting and reinstalling the plugin is not an option.

Deleting an affiliate profile won’t remove the past sales transaction data. It is completely okay for those old transaction results to stay there. If you really want to, you can go to the sales data menu and delete the commission records for that particular affiliate but again I don’t see any reason to do that.

Hi

My apologies, I should have been clearer – the deleted affiliate is showing up as earning commission on new sales. Sales that have happened since being deleted.

ie

Affiliate_12345 was deleted on August 1st 2013

Sales coming in on August 10 to 30 all show as Affiliate_12345 earning them.
