We have a customer who clicked on an incorrect affiliate link to purchase and we need to transfer the customer / sales to the correct affiliate. The challenge is that it is monthly recurring commissions.
How do we do this?
Hi, There is no way to adjust this on a recurring payment since all these data is sent to PayPal at the time of transaction and PayPal doesn’t let you change any details of an active recurring payment. The best option would be to cancel this payment and request the customer to subscribe again (this time following the correct affiliate link)
Affiliate clicks are recorded automatically. If a user clicked on an affiliate link, it will always give credit to the correct affiliate. How can a user click on a wrong affiliate’s link?
