wp affiliate – commission not paid when used with emember

i test wp affiliate. i use my own link affiliate and make a purchase. but commision not credit into my account affiliate and also notification commision by emel not sent to me. i think i follow exactly the instruction in doc to setup wp affiliate

how can i solve this prob

1. You are trying to track affiliate sales of memberships?

    

2. Because you are only using eMember to sell memberships; you are using “Simple PayPal buttons” to sell memberships?

3. After the purchase is made, except for the affiliate commission emails, are all the “other emails” being sent; acknowledging the sale took place? Does the sale “show up” in the PayPal account, does a registration link get sent from eMember?

1. yes. mysite sell memberships

2. yes. i use simple paypal button to sell membership. i use option 1

3. yes. all email i got. and paypal show up in the account and registration link successfully sent to my emel from ememmber.. except notification “paid commision did not sent to my emel from wp affiliate plugin and commision for sale membership did not credit to my account affiliate

so how can i solve it. help me

For your setup you should use the option mentioned in the “Advanced Integration with a PayPal Button” section of the following documentation:

How to Use a Simple PayPal Payment Button to Accept Membership Payment

That shortcode will add the extra data required for affiliate tracking to the button.

After you implement that, do a test transaction and let me know how you go.

Make sure to keep the debug option enabled so I can check it if it doesn’t work. Also, if it still doesn’t work then share the URL of the page where you have the PayPal button so I can inspect it.
