WP Affiliate and Paid Membership Pro – Clicks logged, but sales not logged

I am using WP Affiliate with PMPro and Stripe. I was late in adding the integration add-on for PMPro, and a lot of clicks were logged to an affiliate ID. Sales were made through this affiliate, but a commission was not logged, even after I added the integration. I checked the debug log and it says things like “This transaction has no referrer attached to it. Commission processing is not required.” or “Affiliate id is empty. Nothing to do here”. I’ve been having to add commission manually because of this, but I’m not going to be able to do this forever and for all affiliates. It’s too much to keep track of. How can I be sure that my affiliates get their commission?

This particular affiliate is using the link generator to link to other pages on my site. She is using it correctly.

A lot of the clicks in the log have “443” in the middle of them, too, which I know is because it’s https://. If an affiliate leaves off https:// or uses “http://” instead or nothing at all, just the URL + the aff ID, will the click still get logged?

Did you download the integration addon from the following page?

Please make sure you are using our integration addon. Paid membership pro developed an integration addon also but that one doesn’t work as good.
