WP Affiliate: Can I add a link to another site

I need to be sure before I promote my affiliate page that my affiliates will get commission on the 2 events I made banners for, even though the actual links are not on my site and are checked out through another site….but still using my paypal codes.

Basically, it is my event, but set up outside of my actual website.

A WordPress plugin won’t know anything about what is going on a different site (where the plugin is not installed). If your affiliates will be sending referral to an external site (where the plugin is not installed), then you should read the following two resources:
