I’m stuck..I tried everything I can think of but unable to figure this out. In “Add/Edit Affiliate” it’s populated with my Word Press Login Name and Password. I tried to delete it from Add/Edit, but it won’t let me. Should this be there?
On the “Affiliate Login Page”, it’s also automatically showing my Word Press Login Name and Password field is populated. I logged out of WP and it’s still showing up…Should this be there?
Also, the Affiliate Widget is showing Affiliate ID and password (which is actually my WP Login and PW). Why is this showing up on the website?
Lastly, I checked “Manage Affiliates” and there’s no affiliate listed for my Word Login Name, so I can’t delete it. I created a new affiliate account, and can’t login to the dashboard… it says “Invalid Login. Please try again with correct user name and password”. I don’t know what to do?

April 15, 2013 at 10:47 pm #55135PeterMemberThis must be something unique to your browser because I can’t see any issues when I am on your pages with the Affiliate login forms.
Have you tried clearing your browser cache?
Also, have you tried using another completely different browser?
It is likely, you have some saved password in your browser so the browser is auto-filling those. This doesn’t mean that another user will see that. This is local to your computer/browser.

The other issue is fixed as well… I went to Manage Affiliates, Edit, entered password, save – problem solved!!! I can now login to affiliate dashboard.
Thanks… I’m a happy camper now!
November 11, 2014 at 12:04 am #55137SeamsMemberI have this problem too so am glad to read options to get around the issue.
However, and even bigger issue is that my affiliate login link doesn’t work. I just purchased the program and am trying to set it up using the handy video tutorials. However, I can’t get far because the link has never worked. Instead of a log-in page, I get an error message from my web host.

Can you please help me get this fixed ASAP so I can resume setting up the system?
November 11, 2014 at 12:54 am #55138wpCommerceModerator@Seams, There is a good chance that your server is preventing standalone PHP files from executing. Please give it a try with option 2 or 3 and and you should be good:
