I’ve set up the WP-Affiliate plugin to use a Paypal button.
I’ve checked the “Enable 3rd Party Cart Integration:” box and added the PayPal PDT Identity Token.
I then tested buying and the Paypal payments goes through but WP-Affilaite is not recognising the sale. It does recongise the ‘click’.
I have checked boxed the debug settings bu both log files are empty.
This is the sales page:

The Paypal button is set to send the buyer to another page outside of the above domain name.
Wp-Affilaite version: 5.7.8
WP: 3.8.1
I do have WP-Super-Cache installed.
I also have a pre-security check before the Wp Admin login screen is shown.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.
Do you get sent back to the “Thank You” page after the payment with some data appended in the URL?
The thank you page is not connected to this domain.
The thank you page is a memebrship site that is on another domain name and yes, we do get sent to it.
This is what is at the end of the ‘thank you’ url:

Thanks.
Are you saying that your landing page and the thank you page are not in the same WordPress install? What is the URL of your thank you page?
That’s right the thank you page is NOT in the same WordPress site as the landing page.
I’d rather not share the thank you page url as it is a membership registration page.
Can I send it to you?
Thanks,
Andrew
You don’t need to send the thank you page URL. I know the issue since you mentioned that the Thank you page is on a different domain. That would be the main issue. A wordpress plugin can’t work accross two different WordPress installs.
Your landing page and the thank you page NEED to be on the same WordPress install (where the plugin is running).
