wp affiliate – Affiliate commissions are not being awarded after a sale

Hi,

i am using your plugin and a stripe plugin that creates short codes, the affiliate sees the clicks but does not see the commissions after checkout, how can i solve?

I have sales pages where there is the shortcode of the stripe plugin, the affiliate creates the refferal link, with the refferal link (in this case of test), I buy a product, I return to the account but I only see the clicks, the sale no. Here is an example of a sales page.

In the link example you gave, why is there not Affiliate ID as part of the URL query string? Are you using the referral URL tool?

Any referral links should end with the URL query string   ?ap_id=something   where “something” is the affiliate ID code.

Also, which Stripe plugin are you using, and did you perform the necessary integrations?

Which e-commerce plugin are you integration the affiliate plugin with?

Yes i used the test referral link, i’m using wp full stripe plugin and i dont have a ecommerce plugin, i use only shortcode of the payment plugin.

Our plugin will only work if you are using one of the integrations that we offer. If you are just using any plugin that we don’t advertise or have an integration for, then that won’t’ work.

For Stripe, we have integration with the following top 2 stripe plugins (by active installs) for WordPress:

I also tried the stripe plugin, in fact I purchased your plugin by seeing the stripe plugin extensions. It doesn’t even take commissions with this.

Sorry I missed your reply on this. Please do a test transaction (with the debug logging option enabled in BOTH our plugins). Then share the log file’s details from that transaction so I can see what it is doing after the transaction (if it can see the affiliate cookie or not).

Also, I am seeing some JavaScript error on your website (coming from another plugin). Please correct that JavaScript error since that can interfere and cause problems to other plugins. The following post will help you understand how to see the JavaScript errors on your site:
