Just uploaded “affiliate lock to customer” addon. It’s activated but I don’t see it on by dashboard, in WP Affiliate settings, or anywhere also. Should there be an area where I can enable and disable it or is the addon working in the background and would need to be deactivated, from plugins, to be disabled?

As long as the addon is active (as a plugin) it will keep working in the background. You don’t need to do anything else for it.
