    Dear sirs,

I’m integrating Gravity form with WP Affiliate.

By default, the list in referral page in affiliate only shown 3 field : ‘date’ , ‘time’ and ‘referred from’.

How can i add additional field to this listing page?

I wish to add form ‘Entry ID’ which taken form Gravity form entries.

With additional form entry ID, it will be more easier for affiliate and me to communicate, if there is any issue with the submission.

Affiliate will feel more confident too.

    Thank you.

Which Gravity Forms integration are you doing?

    1) Lead capture integration?

    2) Pay per lead integration?

    3) Paypal addon integration?

Thank you for your reply sir. I think it is : 1. Lead capture integration.

After referral fill the form at my website, i will manually verify the submission. After that i will pay affiliate manually via bank transfer. ( if the lead is valid and i can close sales on the the particular referral )

    Thank you.

okay. It won’t do the entry ID but it will capture the “Form ID” in the reference field. It will also capture the email address of the user. Using those 2 pieces of info, you will be able to figure out the rest. Remember, you can use that email address to search your entries to find a reference to the entry (if you really need to).

    Thank you for the reply.

    1. If i’m not mistaken ‘Form ID’ is refer to a name of a form only. Meaning that the affiliate only know what is the form name only. If an affiliate call us to ask about a referral status, they only can refer to the date and time of the entry online. It will be very hard for us to recognise just from the timestamp itself, if we have several submission from several affiliate link.

    2. i wish to the entry id or any unique id that refer to the entry id listed in my affiliate ‘referrals’ page.

    Thanks.

No, entry ID doesn’t make sense. Entries are just submissions that you delete off later. Besides, your affiliates do not understand what an Entry is anyway. When you first asked me, I thought you were asking about the admin (which is you). Entries are something that is only available to an admin in Gravity forms.

We can’t change Form ID with entry ID because all of our customers (other users who are using Gravity forms and affiliate integration) wants to know which form a lead came from.

We can do a custom job for you as you are going for a setup that is not conventional. Fill in the following form if you want that:
