Hi We ue world pay and wish to know where to find instructions on how to use our WP affiliate plugin with Worldpay?

Thanks. Im totally not good with tech stuff so if i was to hire someone on odesk for example. What qualitys must they be able to posses to get this working for me? PHP? Please let me know.. So i can advertise for some hired help.

Any PHP developer with understanding of shopping cart and affiliate software integration will do.
