I know the plug in is working because we’re selling tickets (to an event) but some people are reporting that the items do not stay in their cart. I’ve tested it with IE, Chrome and Firefox with no issues. Any ideas?
Are you using a caching plugin? Have you ever been able to recreate the issue that this customer claimed?
