Generally, the danger only increases for major revision changes; like 3.x.y to 4.0.0, minor revision changes, 3.2.x to 3.3.0 have little possibility of danger. In any case, you should always maintain backup copies of your site and MySQL database; using the tools provided by your hosting provider.

All of our plugins are kept upto date to work with the current version of WordPress. So even if there is an upgrade related issue in the future, it will be fixed quickly.
