WooCommerce and PDF Stamper Integration Not Working

WordPress – 3.8.3

PDF Stamper – 4.4.0

WooCommerce – 2.1.6

PHP Memory Limit – 256mb

Problem: When trying to download a PDF file via the “My Account” page in WooCommerce, all I see is a blank white screen.

The following is an example of the blank white screen:

I have WooCommerce set to “Force secure checkout”, which therefore creates a secure https url on the “My Account” page. Would this be causing any problems?

In the pdf stamper debug log file I see the following example:

Any assistance in resolving this would be great!

Hi, can you please go to the manual stamping menu of the plugin and test a stamping with that file to make sure the stamper is working fine on your site?

Have you enabled the PDF file encryption feature? How big (in size) is your PDF file?

Hello,

When attempting to manually stamp a file, all I get is a blank WP dashboard page – displaying the left hand navigation bar and the title “WP PDF Stamper – Manual Stamping” with nothing under this.

I’ve just tried enabling PDF file encryption but still no luck.

My file size is approximately 3.1mb

okay, looks like the stamper engine is having difficulty on your server. Go through the following checklist and then try the manual stamping again:

Turn off the PDF file encryption feature also.
