Tips and Tricks HQ Support Portal › Forums › WP eMember › Woocommerce checkout not pre-populating Emember info
I have E-member Woocommerce integration. Members must login to view store. Everything is working well except when I get to the WooCommerce checkout billing info the only field that is pre-populated is the email address. How can I have all the fields (first, last, address..) pre-populated.
I have ticked all of the WordPress User Integration Settings (except Preserve WordPress User Role)
Any insight would be great.
Are you using the following option? If you do then their user info should get auto-populated from their WP User info:
I have the options set as instructed in the link you provided. Still not working. I contacted WooCommerce support and received this response:
“You would need to find a way for the eMember registration details to also be copied over to the WooCommerce user profile fields. It looks like it creates two different accounts, one for the membership and one for WooCommerce. It looks like the two are linked but not connected.
I would speak to https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com where the eMember for WooCommerce plugin comes from, as they are the ones who can tell you how that works and what you would need to do to get it to be fully compatible.”
Is there something else I can try?
I will take a look at your site. I have replied to your email.
