Please advice on this error:
WooCommerce and PDF Stamper integration – An error occured while trying to stamp the PDF file! Error details: There was an exception when trying to encrypt the file. Error Details: Cannot open /home/USER/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/stamped-files/FILE_NAME_secretcode.pdf

Does the “stamped file” in the error message actually exist? Each time a the file gets stamped, a new “stamped file” is created.

Are you able to manually stamp the original file?

1. yes the stamped file exist and the URL it is accessible
2. i store the files on “s3.amazonaws.com” – i believe it is because of S3? 😀 Is there something i missed?

3. manually stamp – don’t work – URL of the Source File: s3.amazonaws.com – I get the same error?
4. i moved one file inside the website and made an order – in this case everything works well

please advice what shell i do with the S3 settings if applicable – if not do you recommend me to move all the file inside

PDF Stamper only works with local files; meaning you can’t store the originals on S3.

Hello, I’m having this same issue, I keep on getting this error code
WooCommerce and PDF Stamper integration – An error occured while trying to stamp the PDF file! Error details: Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /home/mywebsite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-pdf-stamper/lib/fpdi/fpdi_pdf_parser.php on line 312.

And yes, I’ve manually tried stamping it, still the same error message on line 312. And yes the pdf files is legit and it’s hosted locally on the website.

I’ve waited about 3 days and haven’t gotten any response or acknowledgment to my private support request. This store goes live in a week, pls help ASAP. Thanks
