WP Lightbox Ultimate Plugin Won't install

I downloaded and uploaded WP LIGHTBOX ULTIMATE to my site. When I try to install, it takes me to my website, and does not activate. I have WordPress 3.1.2, the Unisphere Vision them and PHP 5.3.6:

The only thing I see in my Apache 2.2.18 error log is:

[error] [client 192.168.30.1] File does not exist: /opt/billhamilton.com/index.php, referer: http://server.billhamilton.com:84/wp/wp-admin/plugins.php?plugin_status=inactive&paged=4

After turning on logging in php, I see the following:

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_option() in /opt/billhamilton.com/wp/wp-content/plugins/wp-lightbox-ultimate/wp_lightbox_config.php on line 8

Resolved — WordPress Firewall was blocking the plugin.
