MemberHi Guys,
I have a little membership site (no real membership – just a place customers can go to download files and view videos) using e-member, e-cart, and PDF stamper (can you tell I LOVE you guys! lol). I finally got a download page working, where members could go and download the files included in the original shopping cart email, just in case they missed the links or let them expire etc. It was really important that their membership sign up info got stamped onto these files when they downloaded them, and this seems to be working just fine (thanks again Ivy!).
What’s weird though is how the download page is acting when I click the download buttons. There are two files and when I click the button for one, both buttons vanish from the page and I am not able to download the other file – I need to actually go out to the member’s area page and then access the downloads page all over again. Any ideas why this would happen?
Also, I noticed there are a boatload of PDF files piling up in my download directory. Why is this? One of the files is a decent size, so I certainly don’t want a zillion copies of it getting added to my hosting account over time.
Perhaps there is some small setting I am forgetting to change?
Any assistance you can provide would be great!
Thanks
Bentley

ParticipantIs it a single PDF file per product or do you have multiple files per product?
Each stamped copy of the PDF file is time-stamped. You can go to the “Manage Stamped Files” menu and bulk delete old files based on time stamp.

MemberThis the main product package has two downloadable files (and I’ve included links in the email the shopping cart sends out, but want to make sure customers can download in members area as well) – BUT each of these buttons on the downloads page are actually for a single file.
