Windows cannot open the folder ebook zip is invalid

Hi, I’ve read through the forums on this issue, tried suggestions,still doesn’t work.

Everthing runs smoothly, buy the digital download, goes to paypal, come back to the Thank You page, download the zip file, try to open the file and get the message in the title of this post.

At first, I thought maybe this was my media file being too large 36 meg., so I changed the “WP eStore Download Manager Related” settings to “do not convert” and the “Download Method” to “method 7,cURL. (still got the error)

I then tried using your ebook.zip file to download with the default settings, still get the error.

I updated the plugin to Version v5.3.9, (my Extra Shortcodes for WP eStore v3.4)

deactivated, reactivated, same issue

I’m not sure if this is a Host related issue or the plugin, since the ebook will not even open for me.

I love this plugin, you guys have thought of everything it seems!

Solved! I changed the settings in Settings/Addon Settings

“WP eStore Download Manager Related” settings to (Default) Absolute and the “Download Method” to Method 6, Fopen-1M-Closed-NoZip and works great!
