Why might the Free Download not be working?

Hi, I have set up a free download on one of my WordPress pages. As far as I can tell, my download link that I have put in the Digital Content Details box is correct. On the wordpress page, I have a Download Now Button that I have created, and I have filled out the Button Image URL in the Additional Product Details section. On my WordPress Page, the shortcode I have used is [wp_eStore_download_now_button id=9]. When I click on the Download Now button, I am unable to download the content. What could be the problem? Have I forgotten a step?

I figured out the problem!! One thing I find that when you go to download any of the links that are on the pages or emails that a customer receives, it is not obvious that a download is occurring. I found the missing download on my computer, so it was downloading.
