Where is the "Payment Gateway Settings" area Located?

I do not have the “Payment Gateway Settings” option located in my WP eStore “Settings” panel. It just lists “General Settings” and “Autoresponder Settings”. According to the screencap on your website “Payment Gateway Settings” should be located between those two.

I’m using WP eStore Settings v 2.5.8.

I don’t need an additional gateway, however I’m looking for an area that will allow me to customize the PayPal return button so people know they need to click it in order to receive their immediate digital download. Currently there is no such area in my panel.

Have I overlooked something? If that is an added feature, what else can I do to customize the button?
