Where Do I set the minimum payout amount (for affiliates) and instant payouts?

Hi. I want to know where can I set the minimum amount before an affiliate can receive the payment..And I also want to know how can I set instant AUTOMATIC payouts? I mean, when an affiliate reaches the minimum amount required (e.g. $30), then will the plugin automatically send the payment? Or do I have to do that manually? Please help me fast!

You will set the minimum payment in the “Manage Payouts” menu of the admin when you generate a payout report. Go to the “Manage Payouts” menu and you should see the option.

You have to manually send the actual money however you see fit (some choose to pay with PayPal, some pay with bank transfer, some with cheque).
