    Hi there,

I have been onto support about this but the communication has gone quiet since they said it couldn’t be done and I protested.

Basically, my affiliates need to know the last referring page of a sale (the conversion data). I was told that affiliates can use a TID (tracking ID) to know from which website/page on their website the click came from that generated the sale. So I set this TID up and let my affiliates know. But when a sale occurs, the system doesn’t show the conversion data, and affiliates are asking me “what’s the point of a TID if it doesn’t show me where the last click came from!”

I am very sure this can be done with WP affiliate as this is a standard feature of every affiliate software, otherwise how can an affiliates gather data to know which pages/ads are converting?

    For example:

This URL will tell an affiliate that the sale came from ‘site1’.

So, when a sale is made, there should be a field that shows this data. However, I can’t see this in my dashboard.

I would really appreciate some timely help on this.

    Thank you

    Peter

Hi Peter, If you check the “Enable Custom Field Tracking” field in your settings, then your customer will see that custom field value in the clickthroughs and sales menu when they log into their affiliate area.
