where can I find the ipn_handle_debug.log file?

I haven’t been receiving emails after purchase – I’ve checked the “enable debug” box to see whats up but don’t know where to read the results… apologies if this is a very basic question.

Ok everything is working fine now.

I was using a wordpress password plugin that was blocking all the email settings.
