When importing WordPress users to Emember and matching fields in both

Hi. I’m trying to import WordPress users to WP emember, but i’m wondering where to set the information that I want copied over to custom fields in WP eMember? For example, I have the ‘biographical Information’ field which can be completed in the WordPress user edit profile page and I want that information to be imported into the custom field which is also titled ‘Biographical Information’ in WP emember when I import a WP user to WP eMember. Yes, but it’s not importing the WP ‘Biographical Info’ into the custom field which is (also) entitled ‘Biographical Info’. Is there a way to ‘match’ WP user fields to WP emember custom fields?

Custom fields can’t be imported straight like that. Different software use different formats for custom fields so they are not easily portable.

If you can get your data in a CSV file then we have an addon that can import the data from the CSV file. Take a look at the following addon:
