My eMember system seems to be working fine, however I just had someone email me saying that they never received the Welcome email with the link to enable them to set up a user name or password. It looks like they have successfully subscribed–but, of course, they haven’t set up a user name or password.
What should I do? Can I just manually set them up a user name and password? Or is there something I can run to resend them the email?
All my other members seem to have received emails ok, so it could be that this particular client entered the wrong email or the welcome email got put in a spam folder.
