I downloaded the Bulk Discount AddOn.
It looks like it works perfectly. But what happens when someone buys multiple copies of a digital item?
I sell ebooks. So, if someone buys 20 copies to give to people in their organization, what do they receive? 20 emails? 20 download links? Or is it just a “license” to distribute 20 times?
I would just try it myself, but I don’t want to purchase so many at once… Wondering if anyone else had some input.
Thanks!

It will basically be a license/permission to download 20 copies and give it to 20 users.
Thank you!
This leads me to another question:
I sell ebooks to a lot of churches/preschools who want to buy multiple copies to give the book to the parents in their organization. Is there a way the organization can buy multiple copies but the parents can download it on their own device? Like, could they have a unique coupon code or a unique link and download it themselves?
Does that make sense?
[Example: First Church buys 25 copies. They give their parents code “firstchurch01” and the parents come to my website, enter code and download it at no charge.]
If not, what’s the best practice? Just email the link to all the parents?
Yes, you could sell “serial numbers,” which are actually 100% off coupon codes.
Each serial number represents 1 unique coupon code, redeemable for only 1 book. That way, you control the number of ebooks actually downloaded. Do not sell only 1 code and trust the church to only download the number of ebooks allegedly paid for. I spent 3 years in the Catholic seminary, and I know all the tricks.
