What happens if I deactivate the plugins

There is some plugin which is preventing people to post comments on my page or post in my website [www.eMoveon.com]. I need to deactivate all the plugins one by one to isolate the plugin which is giving the problem.

My question is – will it matter in any way to the settings I have done in – eMember, eStore and eAffiliate plugins if I deactivate or delete these plugins and re-install again. Will I loose any settings and content created via these three plugins?

Your current settings are saved in the WordPress MySQL database. Deactivation or deletion of a plugin, through the WordPress admin panel, does not affect these settings. If a plugin is reinstalled, any previously stored settings, products, and membership lists will take affect.
