what files to override when upgrading??

Hi,

I had a web designer install wp estore on my website. I have many products set up in the store and have been using it for a year now and really like it. Just recently I went to your site and saw your other programs and decided to purchase wp affiliate, wp member, and we estore as well so I could get an updated version of the program.

My question is what files do I override to upgrade from version 2.6.9.6 to the newest version that I just purchased today? I want to keep all my products, customers, and settings the same, just want to upgrade.
