PayPal tech support says my PayPal account is in Sandbox mode (testing mode) so I turned off PayPal Testing & Debugging,
but still can’t log in to PayPal . I get a PayPal error message, “Some of your info isn’t correct. Please try again.”
In the Dashboard PayPal settings has PayPal Standard checkbox checked. That is the only option-check it or uncheck it.
My PayPal email address is correct in the Payment Gateway Settings.
Here are the things to look at:
#1) Make sure the sandbox option is off in the settings menu of the photo seller plugin.
It is very easy to see if you have the store in sandbox mode or not. When you do a checkout and it goes to the paypal page, look at the URL. Does it have something like sandbox.paypal.com … ? If it does, then your store is still in sandbox mode.
#2) Make sure you are using your live PayPal email address in the gateway settings.
#3) Make sure you are not trying to test it yourself and on the PayPal checkout page trying to log into the same account that you are using as the seller account. PayPal won’t let you be the buyer of an item where you are using the same paypal account as the seller of that same item.
