Hi,
I created my first gallery and displayed it on the page, however, the watermark text is not showing on any of the images.
Thank you,
Jake

Kind regards
January 2, 2014 at 10:17 am #60043jakeman35MemberYes, that’s the document I used to setup and configure the plugin. My watermark is set to “LiveItWell” (without the quotes) but nothing is displayed on the images.
January 2, 2014 at 12:32 pm #60044PeterMemberCan you please post a link to the gallery with the images where you are expecting the watermark to be so we can take a quick look?
January 2, 2014 at 12:39 pm #60045jakeman35MemberHi Peter,
Here is the URL, there is a gallery displayed on the home page: [http://liveitwell.com/]
You will see some short codes right below the gallery, this is because I disabled all plugins with the exception of WP Photo Seller.
My WP Photo Seller version is 1.6.1, I turned the server caching off.
Thank you,
Jake
January 2, 2014 at 12:53 pm #60046PeterMemberI think the watermark text is there but it’s probably too small.
Go to the gallery settings and try the following:
– increase the Watermark Font Size field of the watermark text to about 50
– Set the Watermark Text Opacity to 20
Then try viewing the images again. (Refresh page or clear browser cache just in case)
January 2, 2014 at 1:04 pm #60047PeterMemberForgot to say that you might have to experiment with the font size and opacity values until you get the desired effect. My previous answer was just a suggestion
January 2, 2014 at 1:06 pm #60048jakeman35MemberHi Peter,
I set the Watermark Font Size to 50,Watermark Text Opacity to 20, cleared the browser cache — still no watermark.
Thank you,
Jake
January 2, 2014 at 7:22 pm #60049jakeman35MemberHi Peter,
Since this is not working I would like to offer two options to get this issue resolved:
1) I can give you admin access to the LiveItWell.com site
– or –
2) I can setup a brand new WP 7.x instance (LiveItWell.com runs WP 3., use the default 2014 theme and install and configure your plugin there. I will need a license key for that since the current license is for liveitwell.com domain only.
Let me know what options will work for you.
Thank you,
Jake
January 2, 2014 at 10:21 pm #60050PeterMemberIt is working. I can now see the watermark.
See this photo as an example:
However on some of your photos it is not as obvious because of the background colour.
Like I said before try experimenting with the various settings and make the font bigger and also make it more opaque.
Also try displaying the watermark as a repeated grid by setting the “Watermark Text Placement”.
January 3, 2014 at 10:42 am #60051jakeman35MemberPeter,
I had to clear the browser cache and set the font size to 200, but I see it now. You can close this ticket now.
Thank you,
Jake
August 20, 2014 at 6:12 am #60052jrom63MemberI created my first gallery with 10 images went through the watermark process and displayed it on the page, however, the watermark text is not showing on any of the images. only some white rectangles where the text should be. Also had a look at all 10 images and the white rectangles gets bigger with each image until the last image is almost covered with the rectangles. I have tried to change the font size and the text opacity, with no success.
Your help with this issue would be much appreciated.
Thank you
Jack
August 20, 2014 at 12:24 pm #60053PeterMemberPlease enable debug – go to Settings->Testing and Debugging and enable logging using the drop down box.
Then go to the gallery you created and change the watermark font size to something else, say, 50. (Save your gallery)
After you’ve done that, provide a link to your gallery so I can take a look at the problem occurring.
August 20, 2014 at 11:33 pm #60054jrom63MemberHi Peter, I have done what you asked me to do.
1. enabled logging
2. changed watermark font size to 50
The link to the gallery is as followed.

August 21, 2014 at 12:31 am #60055PeterMemberHi Jack,
Thanks for that.
I want to try a few tweaks to our watermarking function. Can you please give me your email address so I can send you an updated copy of the plugin for you to test for me?
