Hello… interesting problem here.
I just updated my emembers, estore and affiliate plugins and my site is working but the admin area of wordpress just gives me the following error;
Warning: call_user_func() [function.call-user-func]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback in *********/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2093
I have tried turning off all plugins in phpadmin and that did nothing so I put them back as they were as to keep my site online.
My dashboard does not load though and I don’t have any admin access, I also tried creating a new admin user in PHPmyadmin but the same error and trouble is all I get when I log in.
Any ideas are very welcome at this point,

In your case since you cannot access the admin pages you can use FTP to deactivate plugins. Watch the following video (fast forward to 10:01 to see the instructions about how to deactivate using FTP):
