W3 Total Cache fatal error, page not loaded

Installed zipfile of wp estore and it showed up as activated in my list of plugins. Note appears atop list of plugins that I must tweak W3 Total Cache plugin or WP estore won’t work,products won’t be delivered. But when I click settings of W3 Total Cache a “fatal error W3 page not loaded….” appears and my screen is stuck there. Now I can’t access admin panel or set up store. I am completely blocked at this fatal error message.
