    I’ve searched and tried ideas/suggestions found in forums but still getting white box with no video playback. I’ve tried removing/re-installing. I’ve tried disabling other plug-ins. I’ve tried http/https code changes. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

    It’s not coming from our plugin. Your theme is overriding the prettyPhoto library.

    Is there an option in your theme to disable this script?
