View by subscription date

Is there a way to view members by subscription date so my client can easily see which subscriptions are about to expire?

Our customer record shows that you did not purchase the plugin that you are requesting support for. We only see purchase of another product from this account. I have sent you an email to rectify this situation.

If you are buying plugins on behalf of your clients then make sure you are using our “Developer Option”. You can contact us for more details on this.

An admin can see the “Subscription Start” date of each member from the eMember dashboard (Members -> Manage members tab). However, it is better to use the auto expiry notification email feature of eMember to manage this more efficiently:

We have the expiry notification email set up. The client also wants to be able to see this from within admin. Is there anyway to sort on start date?

There is no way to sort on the start date but we can look into adding a sort option for the “Subscription Start” column.

We have finished adding a sorting option by the “Subscription Start” date field in the “Manage Members” menu.
